Abstract submission is extended until 30th September, 2017

Abstract submission guidelines

  • Last date of abstract submission is 30th September, 2017
  • The form is only valid with the registration application form
  • The content must be within the word limit of 200 words
  • There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts submitted but one person may only be designated as presenter on a maximum of two submissions
  • Abstracts must be submitted on English
  • The abstract should include aims and objects of the study, methods, results and conclution
  • Standard abbreviations are acceptable, uncommon abbreviation must be put in parenthesis and proceeded by the full word, the first time it appears
  • Presenting authors will be notified about acceptance by 10th September 2017
  • Only registered delegate / student can submit the abstract
  • Only the name of the presenting author will appear in the final program
  • Abstracts submitted to other international / national meetings must not be submitted
  • Abstracts may be submitted preferably through website, alternatively by e-mail and post
